Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within this period via our contact page or by emailing jody@equinelounge.com.au.
Conditions for Return
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at jody@equinelounge.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
